Leicester’s creative community is invited to come together for a special Designer Drop-In Day on Wednesday 4th March, 2:00-6:00pm, hosted at Phoenix House (LE1 6RN). This relaxed and welcoming afternoon is designed to support emerging and established fashion talent across the city.
Organised in collaboration with Fashion-Enter Ltd and FashionCapital, and delivered alongside Apparel & Textile Manufacturers Federation, the event offers designers a chance to explore the opportunities available at Leicester’s Fashion Hub. The event is proudly supported by LCB Depot and forms part of the UKSPF programme for Leicester City Council.
Supporting Leicester’s Creative Talent
For the past five years, Fashion-Enter Ltd / FashionCapital has been operating in Leicester, with their Fashion Hub at Phoenix House becoming home to impressive facilities tailored for fashion businesses.
This dedicated afternoon focuses on understanding what support Leicester’s designers truly need – whether you’re:
- An up-and-coming designer
- A growing fashion brand
- A creative entrepreneur
- A fashion start-up ready to scale
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the team, explore the facilities, and discover how the Fashion Hub can help elevate their business to the next level.
What’s Happening on the Day
Guests can expect:
- A guided tour of the fully equipped sampling and production facility
- Access to professional cutting tables and industrial machinery
- Insights into sample development and scaling production
- Networking with designers, brands, and fellow creatives
- Open discussions around manufacturing, development, training, and business growth
Whether you stay for 20 minutes or the full afternoon, the atmosphere is informal, friendly, and designed to encourage genuine connection and collaboration. Refreshments will be provided.
